Angel in Hell

Angel in Hell

Malicious, mad, man
You cold, thirst for blood
seductive Spirit
When will you realize what
you really are?

Adept toward evil,
your mind gone mad
With self pity

She called you an angel
but Heaven was not your abode
Rather, the dark caves
of your mad wanderings

Yes, even the pit of Hell
you called yourself rightly
Cold and starved, hardened by grief
as you said, The Angel in Hell

time...

Its time I put something new on here but I don't feel like transferring anything right now.
Maybe I have one that I've never posted...think so...nope. Just have to think of something now I guess.

Time...

Hours, minutes, seconds...
what is time to lock us in its grip?
We are bound by space and matter and...Time!

We can't escape, it holds us
we must run by it, live by it
Love by it and die

That is the tragedy,
for time to let go we must die...

Forever Untold

Even though there aren't any comments on the last 2 posts *ahem* I thought it was about time to put a new one on here.

Hiding in a dark,
stormy place

With lightning
bursting all 'round me

Waiting here
for what? Surety

Looking for myself
looking for my life in yours

It is hard to see
clouded by many thoughts

Doubts of your concern
of my care; Is it real?

I am tortured
with many thoughts

Why can't we
just be honest

No, it can't be
I will hold on

Possibly die
waiting for you

My story,
Forever untold

There's no Sunset in Virginia

This guy did a much better job than I did.
It's a really pretty song...you should go on you tube sometime and watch the video.

The Tv, replaying like a broken record
The image, its numbing, another record broken

More question, no answers, left to imagination
Alarming, disturbing, what are the implications?
All Alone, and all at once, we ask why they had to die

There's no sunset in Virgnia
the Earth is standing still
The mighty may have fallen
The pain never will
Thers's no sunset in Virgnia
You see it in our eyes.
But if there is no nightfall
The sun will never rise

The candles are burning, blocking out the darkness
By thousands they flicker, light and sorromw linger
The silence is deafening, reliving consternation
Reminder, that violence cut short their aspirations
Now as one, we take a vow: Protect the light for better days to come

There's no sunset in Virgnia
the Earth is standing still
The innocent have fallen
Our pain never will
Thers's no sunset in Virgnia
The vigil keeps the light.
We all need the nightfall
Or the sun will never rise

All at once we look up to the sky and remember all the ones we left behind.
As the sun begins to set the sunrise sets us free

Let the sunset in Virginia
So the earth begins to move
The victims we remember
As the pain will keep it tue
Let the sunset in Virginia
So the healing can begin.
I survuved this nightfall
So the sun will rise again.

The Tragedy of April sixteenth

We are here to help
here to stand
Here for those in need

The commonwealth
of all who care
to pray for those who grieve

A tragedy
a great loss
No one could predict

Taken by a madman
thirty two by count

Brave were all
all who were lost
And all who yet survive

No one could know
none dare think
that this thing would be

But here we are
mourning now
because of 33

Who would do
such a thing?
to hurt so many lives

They'll never forget
this April 16th
they're gone forever now

We can't take back
but we can hold on
to all that we still have

I may not know
the pain you're in
or just how it may feel

But I know
that we must stand
together side by side

If we want to make it
through another day

So commonwealth
of all who care
pray until you die

For madmen such as these
to never take more lives

Pray for strength
pray for hope
That in a better place

All who believed
are there now
and trust in Gods great grace

To sanctify
this Nation
it is never too late

To return
to what we once knew
"In God we put our trust"

America, America
hold fast to all you knew

And keep the lights still burning
keep them pure
and true

So when next April rolls around
you will not forget

The ones who gave,
the ones who died
and hold them in respect

It may be hard
to realize
that you will smile again

But together,
with God's help
we will never die

A place

You've been a good girl Grym; so I'll give you another one to comment on. lol

A place where
many frightened people pray

Yet a place of beauty
some confide in the cold stones

Flowers garnish them
the words are read over and again

Faded and cracked
mourned over and old

Many generations
many people brought together here

Here all are one
United in one thing

The bond of living
to loving dead

When the wind
through the grass whispers

Why are we afraid?
this is not a place to fear

This is where memories collide
a place of unrestrained feelings

Do not shy away
smile for your heart

Keep it alive
sorrow weighs us down

I relish my moments
in this place

A place to reminisce...

A Noble (or not so noble) Confession

New...but not improved. Well here it is...I said I'd post it before too long.

A desperate attempt at recapturing a lost moment, reliving a lost dream, rewriting a lost poem:

I think of you
as I gaze accross the stars
Even though we're far apart
I can feel your presence

Across wide galaxies
through endless time
Our love will keep us together
I will come back to you

When I see your eyes
your love shines through
Forever gazing accross the skies
I dream of us together once more

I see your hurt, pain
what is it my love?
we once were together
even when accross the stars

I see your life fail and wain
before me you lie, pleading
What have I done?
Is our forever so short?

Is it my fault,
the cause of your sorrow?
Oh my love! If ever you again
can reach to me accross the heavens

I will hear you
if I can ever make up for the loss
I know I can't, I've done so wrong
Nothing can fix it, but I beg mercy

I will turn again
to the path I once trod
To the deeds I once knew
I will try to make right

But alas! For my poor soul
it is too late to bring you back
When now I gaze and search the stars
I no longer see your smiling face

Only my memory
can replay the image of you
When I was once your love and all
I have failed, but perhaps we my meet

When beyond the stars
and spaces between I travel
then may I find you again
And again hold you, my love

Feb. 18th 2007

I don't like the way I ended it...it really is rather abrupt. Well...I'll just have to get over it I guess.
S'long,
Chrysler

p.s. Shouldn't there be a line somewhere about "not living without you"? lol

No one else will do...but you

Hey, I know its mushy...but it is Valentines Day.

Following after shadows
gathering up my dreams
I realize no one will do,
But you

An evening...after midnight
gazing at the stars
I know that your the only one
That can fill my heart

This empty hole inside me
Only you can fill
Make it whole again...
As only you can

No one else in my mind
no one in my heart
Of all the people on the earth
Only you will do

No one else but you
to walk by my side
to travel a lifelong road
with me

If you never come
I'll be left alone
Because no one else but you...
will do

Another spontaneous inspiration from the mind of Chrysler the Great.

"The short poem"

There...I finally wrote a short one!

All

A smile, a word
that is all I have of you
All you ever gave me
I need more, but you deny it

Why do you distrust me?

fimmtudagur, febrúar 01, 2007

Mara, Mara

Listing through the reeds
a breeze blows your voice to me

I remember so well when you called
Now I call you from accross the other shore

Mara, Mara, mysterious whisperings
They call to me through the tall grass

But when I come, there is no one
Oh Mara, the face I once saw smile

When you peeked at me and beckoned me to follow
When we ran free through the fields...together

What has happened? I was long away
And now I come back, but you are gone

Mara, Mara, your mem'ry is but a shadow
Your sighing voice haunts me

Have I failed you Mara? Are my Journeyings vain adventures?
Your silhouette wanderes through the forests...Mara, I was not here for you.

Now I must lay me down to weep and mourn
Do you frown on me from above? Does my sorrow make you happy?

Are your listeneing to my laments or is my voice forever muted?

Wrote that just now.

The sound of crying
greets my ears
Why? I do not know
there is sorrow in the land

Why must this earth tremble,
why do sorrow overcome it?
Is there no path to peace,
no road to Heaven?

The world groans,
in pity we mourn over it
Is it our fault?
it is Satan's greed has caused it

He lusted for power
gain it he did
But decieved is he who thinks,
"I will be like the Most High"

His power is short,
his reign is limited
He will die,
cast out, punished for life

The in a perfect world,
we will walk the earth
Free and happy,
all pain will be gone

The Night will End

Blackness, shadow
Dark clouds blot out the light

Dimness, gray vapor
The hopeful grow weary

Tears, suffering
Many have fallen

Pain, sadness
More will die

Grim fear, dim hope
The weary begin to fear

Fear, anguish
Do not succumb, there is hope

Light, peace
The dimness fades

Strength, hope
The patient are renewed

The sun, valor
These showed courage

Faint not, keep on
The cloud passes over

Wind, strength
It lilts past, breathing

Mercy, hope revealed
The darkness has faded

Look! The East
The skies brighten

Hope, peace
Once more has come

Weary ones, rest now
The night is over

Inspired from something Sam said at the end of The Two Towers. He is so awesome and said some very profound things. I wish I could remember the exact quote. It was really beautiful.

A Noble Conffesion

.... sniff, sniff. It was so gorgeous.
Yes I'm still lamenting over it.

This one is pretty sad

Figured it was time for a new one. Wrote this one on the way to Miami in September after watching the Fellowship. You know how Boromir dies at the end and all.

Secret Strength (I don't like that title at all, but I couldn't think of a good one.)
I was weak
yet at your pain
I find new strength

A surge of power
I am not afraid
a strange sensation

I fight on
the pain of arrows
perices my being

Only in this pain
I find an unknown
courage I now posses

Bravery is fear
but in fear
to go on to death

No longer do I feel
the pain has gone
now all I feel is hate

Resilliance
it spurs me onward
I can fight on now

Death's sting
it fades to a shadow
a shadow indeed is over me

I really should have posted a couple Christmas ones I wrote seeing as it is Christmas as and all but for some reason I wanted to post that one. I didn't even really think about it. Maybe I'll post the others later on today.
Well anyways...
MERRY CHRISTMAS to all!!!

Heartache

Wrote this on Fiday night late.

Heartache,
can you feel my heart breaking?

Heartbreaks,
can you know the pain I'm in?

Heartcry,
can you imagine my tears?

Heartsounds,
calling for unbrokeness?

Heartache,
can no one stop the bleeding?

How can,
how can you? for I'll never tell you

Heartfelt,
you will be ignorant always

Heartstops,
when...if...you ever love me too

Well, its mushy so don't tell me you like it cause I won't believe you.
Hey, think of my "romance" poems. Do you see a pattern? I was thinking about that the other night. Hmmm.

Otra Vez

Sorry I haven't upadated in so long. I guess I was waiting for a comment...*ahem*
Well here is a poem about the "mother country". lol I've never been to Dublin but this phrase (and the leaves fell over Dublin) just popped into my head so I wrote a poem about it.

Leaves over Dublin

In autumn,
when the colors are bright
I love to remember
the old town of Dublin

Old Dublin,
all her streets ablaze
With chill winds
the leaves fell over Dublin

Gusting breezes,
sights, sounds, smells
I remember them all
how the leaves fell over Dublin

Sit and dream,
of the old town
My mind fills of how I
stood beneath the leaves of Dublin

And even Spring,
can not fade the mem'ry
And so I sing, heart swells
kicking leaves all over Dublin

Across oceans,
I dream myself there
The Winter ice glittering
green leaves shimmer in Dublin

Ever where,
though over all the earth
I will always think of how
the leaves fell over Dublin

Winter past,
and ice is melting
Green buds cover
the trees in Dublin

Blossoms grow,
fresh new buds
Purple heather scents
the air in old Dublin

Lush canopy
strolling in your shade
Birds twitter in the trees
their leaves over Dublin

Luminescence

Th Moon, like a beacon shines
a halo, a golden light
through a dark and misty night

The Moon, its beam always shines
a blue, bright glow
for the weary to follow

The Moon, it luminates our path
it gives a feel of love
like a smile from God above

The Moon, its unearthly rays
to romance it seems to say
"go on, I'll light the way"

The Moon, as it begins to wane
love in its weakest form
brightens at the site of morn

The Moon, when it glows red
the light of the universe
reflects and to us disperse

The Moon, our moon
to us on earth
it has an unequal worth

The Moon, not just giving light
but making the sea tides
upon whose waves we ride

The Moon, a solid rock
yet able light to reflect
to us who on earth collect

The Moon, we gather to see
your blue face covered
the sun o'er you hover

The moon, in wonder of
an eclipse, a wonder
on earth we watch from under

The first poem I have inserted into a story.

My Dreams....

Come with me
and you'll see what I mean,
There's a world inside no one else ever sees
You will go so far in my dreams, somewhere in my dreams
You dreams will come true...

Don't let go
If you stay close to me
In my dreams tonight you will see what I see
Dreams to dream, as near as can be Inside you and me
They'll always be true

...And still I dreamed he'd come to me,
That we would live the years together
But there are dreams that can not be
And there are storms we can not weather...

...I hope that now
That look so grey
Has come near
From far away

To say a word
In kindness to
One who really
Does care for you

Your eyes still cold
But come alive
A steely blue
But no more as knives

That once cut deep
The wound’s still there
Please tell me
That you care

miðvikudagur, október 25, 2006

Dreamland continued

The rest of the story.

Dreamland

Have you entered into dreamland yet
have you crossed the golden sea?
Has the sun on the horizon set
are you sleeping peacefully?

Has the moon in her splendour rose
Is she shining large and bright?
Are you watching as her golden birth
Glows throughout the night?

Now as the sun is rising once more
Is your head alseep, at rest?
Or did you wake the whole night through
Was starlight your midnight guest?

I thought I heard a fiant sound
But I guess I might be wrong
Indeed the stars did shine upon
Your room the whole night long

The sun now wakes you
The world is now aglow
So raise your sleepy tired head
You rested now I know

Did you dream the whole night through
Were they peaceful thoughts?
Was your sleep comforted
Or was comfort what you sought?

I hope the night was not afraid
And hope the sky though dark
Kept you warm underneath
Its blanket made of stars

What thinkest thou?

Hey Grym, its for you. Finaly an unromantic one. Ya happy?

Grym the Cruel
(Who once was 'Raen)
I have a friend, her name is Grym
she once had glasses without a rim
Then on day she stood and said
"I think I shall get contacts instead"
So off she went to the Dr.'s place
off cam the glasses to reveal a lovely face (don't hit me, it had to ryhme.)
Even though Grym she be
she is my friend not enemy
There are somethings we like the same
one of them Star Wars by name
And other things like the color green
even though I've made her scream
So we have a special bond
of some things we are both fond
Like writing poems that ryhme
and ones that don't when we have time
And so to you I dedicate
this poem that I know you'll hate
It is for you I wrote it out
"Do you like it?" of that I doubt
Please tell me what you think
from your comments I will not shrink
Oh, most noble Grym the Cruel
over whoes domain doth rule
From your friend Chrysler the Great
whoes power you doth underestimate
