This one is pretty sad

Figured it was time for a new one. Wrote this one on the way to Miami in September after watching the Fellowship. You know how Boromir dies at the end and all.

Secret Strength (I don't like that title at all, but I couldn't think of a good one.)
I was weak
yet at your pain
I find new strength

A surge of power
I am not afraid
a strange sensation

I fight on
the pain of arrows
perices my being

Only in this pain
I find an unknown
courage I now posses

Bravery is fear
but in fear
to go on to death

No longer do I feel
the pain has gone
now all I feel is hate

Resilliance
it spurs me onward
I can fight on now

Death's sting
it fades to a shadow
a shadow indeed is over me

I really should have posted a couple Christmas ones I wrote seeing as it is Christmas as and all but for some reason I wanted to post that one. I didn't even really think about it. Maybe I'll post the others later on today.
Well anyways...
MERRY CHRISTMAS to all!!!

Heartache

Wrote this on Fiday night late.

Heartache,
can you feel my heart breaking?

Heartbreaks,
can you know the pain I'm in?

Heartcry,
can you imagine my tears?

Heartsounds,
calling for unbrokeness?

Heartache,
can no one stop the bleeding?

How can,
how can you? for I'll never tell you

Heartfelt,
you will be ignorant always

Heartstops,
when...if...you ever love me too

Well, its mushy so don't tell me you like it cause I won't believe you.
Hey, think of my "romance" poems. Do you see a pattern? I was thinking about that the other night. Hmmm.

Otra Vez

Sorry I haven't upadated in so long. I guess I was waiting for a comment...*ahem*
Well here is a poem about the "mother country". lol I've never been to Dublin but this phrase (and the leaves fell over Dublin) just popped into my head so I wrote a poem about it.

Leaves over Dublin

In autumn,
when the colors are bright
I love to remember
the old town of Dublin

Old Dublin,
all her streets ablaze
With chill winds
the leaves fell over Dublin

Gusting breezes,
sights, sounds, smells
I remember them all
how the leaves fell over Dublin

Sit and dream,
of the old town
My mind fills of how I
stood beneath the leaves of Dublin

And even Spring,
can not fade the mem'ry
And so I sing, heart swells
kicking leaves all over Dublin

Across oceans,
I dream myself there
The Winter ice glittering
green leaves shimmer in Dublin

Ever where,
though over all the earth
I will always think of how
the leaves fell over Dublin

Winter past,
and ice is melting
Green buds cover
the trees in Dublin

Blossoms grow,
fresh new buds
Purple heather scents
the air in old Dublin

Lush canopy
strolling in your shade
Birds twitter in the trees
their leaves over Dublin
